Epigram Financial Services DBA Blue Hair Medicare Brokers is seeking Medicare insurance agents who want to develop their careers in senior insurance solutions and assist veterans and other New Mexicans with complicated insurance issues. 

We are seeking self-motivated individuals who are successful at providing top-notch customer service, above-average problem-solving skills, cultivating long-lasting relationships with their clients, and who have a proven track record of success.

Qualified Candidates Possess:

• Ability to obtain a health insurance license
• Personal integrity, self-motivated work ethic, and a desire to serve military veterans
• Successful sales experience in a commission-only environment preferred but not required
• Experience dealing with veteran issues highly preferred
• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred but not required

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Solicit and produce new business
• Maintain updated knowledge of products and services
• Cultivate positive relationships with current and prospective customers
• Operate independently and under minimal supervision

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position with exceptional earning potential - up to $100k+ within 3 years. We pay our agents the maximum street commission allowed by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

We receive funds for marketing from the insurance companies and upstream entities, which we distribute to our agents.
